1.代谢疾病与人体微生物相关性研究:人体微生物与人类代谢疾病之间的关系及其在疾病发生发展过程中的作用机制;

2.胃肠道菌群参与人体代谢免疫机制研究:胃肠道菌群及代谢物对人体免疫和代谢调控和致病机制;

3.肠胃道病原菌的致癌机制研究:病原菌与宿主粘膜细胞相互作用过程中的信号传递,影响宿主免疫调节和诱导肿瘤发生的过程。病原菌致癌的分子机制。
