教育经历

1999年7月研究生毕业于天津科技大学,获工学博士学位,同年进入bet365 코리아 - 신뢰할 수 있는 사이트博士后流动站,2001年8月出站留校工作,9月评聘为副教授,硕士生导师;2005年破格晋升教授,博士生导师。2006.9-2007.9加拿大康考迪亚大学生物系访问学者,2014.9-2015.3美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊校区农业与生命科学学院高级研究学者。

科研方向

1木质纤维素的生物降解和生物转化

(1)木质纤维素降解酶(如纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、木质素降解酶类、阿魏酸酯酶等)优良菌株的分子生物学改造

(2)酶的发酵生产及其应用;

(3)木质纤维素不同组分的高效分离和转化利用技术(如生产纤维素乙醇、木糖醇、木质素产品等)。其中纤维素乙醇、木糖醇等已实现工业化规模生产。

2碱性/耐碱性酶类的研发及其应用

适合造纸、纺织、印染、食品等工业不同工艺要求的碱性/耐碱性酶制剂的研发和生产,例如碱性/耐碱性纤维素酶、碱性漆酶、碱性果胶酶等的高产菌株的工程改造和选育、工业用复合酶系研发、生产及其应用等。其中造纸工业用酶和碱性果胶酶已经成功应用于工业化生产。

3部分农副产品的深加工技术

如玉米、生姜等农产品中有效成分的分离提取、残渣的加工利用等
