海洋光合微生物光合作用机理、藻类光合复合物结构及光合膜结构。利用结构生物学、生物化学、生理学和分子生物学的技术方法研究藻类光系统的结构和功能以及光合膜的结构和环境适应。研究结果发表于Nat Plants、Nat Commun、Plant Cell、Plant Physiol、BBA-Bioenergetics等国际著名学术期刊。
